Wrong or Damaged Products
If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or defective, please inform us within 24–48 hours of delivery along with clear images or a video. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned product:

Refunds will be made through the same payment method used during checkout or via store credit.

Exchanges
