Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Time

Our estimated delivery time is:

  • 3–7 business days for most cities in Pakistan

  • Remote areas may take slightly longer depending on courier service

Please note that delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) will be clearly mentioned at checkout before you complete your order. Occasionally, we may offer free shipping promotions.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) all over Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept the order:

  • The order may be cancelled.

  • Any re-shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you may receive a tracking number via SMS or WhatsApp (if available) to track your parcel.

Delivery Partners

We use reliable third-party courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. MagStore is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.
